If you’ve read my previous post about the ASOS Face & Body Beauty Box for November, you’ll know that I wasn’t aware of this box until fairly recently… and when I went onto ASOS to buy it, I came across the Grooming Kit too.
The Grooming Kit is basically a Beauty Box for the guys. The design is more masculine with darker colours and the contents are more suited to the guys, with skincare, hair products and beard grooming products.
The box cost £15 and the 6 products inside are worth £51 – a pretty good saving and a perfect little stocking filler at this price point.
Here’s what was inside the ASOS Luxe Grooming Kit for November 2020:
1.CETAPHIL – GENTLE SKIN CLEANSER
First is the cleanser and they’ve included a pretty big bottle of Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser. This isn’t a bad cleanser and if your guy is getting into skincare (or you’re trying to get him into it), this cleanser is a great place to start. It removes impurities from the skin without stripping it and leaving it dry.
2. CLINIQUE – DRAMATICALLY DIFFERENT HYDRATING JELLY
Next is a moisturiser to apply after cleansing. This Clinique Jelly Moisturiser aims to hydrate and strengthen the skin’s moisture barrier which is really important as we go into winter.
3. AMERICAN CREW FIBER
Onto the hair next with this American Crew Fiber. This is great for styling hair without leaving a shiny finish.
4. BLEACH LONDON – BEER SHAMPOO
The Bleach London Beer Shampoo helps to reduce breakage and also strengthen hair. It adds shine and also improves elasticity, so overall sounds incredible!
5. WAHL – BEARD OIL
If the guy in your life has a beard then this next product is perfect for him to keep his beard in tip top condition. The WAHL Beard Oil works to soften and nourish the beard. It also comes packaged in this gorgeous box so could easily be gifted separately as a stocking filler!
6. BARBER PRO – SUPER EYE MASK
The final product is definitely my favourite. Barber Pro make the most incredible face masks and eye masks for the guys but this time they’ve gone one step further and made the eye masks into a superhero mask shape! How cool is that!
The eye mask itself works to reduce puffiness and dark circles by hydrating and cooling the skin around the eyes.
